What is Heroes Home Advantage?
Heroes Home Advantage is a program that helps our local HEROES save money when buying or selling a home. We wanted to do something to give back to those that serve and care for our country and community.
Who is eligible?
- Military (Active,Retired,Veterans)
- Police (Active,Retired)
- Firefighters (Active, Retired, Volunteer)
- Health Care Workers and Emergency Personnel
How do we save you money?
We give you 25% of our own commission when you buy or sell a home with a Ladd Exclusive Agency Realtor. We will give you cash back after you close on your new home. If you are selling a home we will reduce our commission by 25%.
